So my other friend that I play with is now banned as well. The email states is a permanent ban. What they think caused it is when they sold there materials in the market, people that have gold from the exploit was used to buy their items. How is that their fault. Anyways, I hope they fix this issue. Iām not playing New World till my friends get there accounts back.
The message states that the issue was reviewed and confirmed that the players action merited a permanent ban. Seems pretty clear to me. If were some inadvertent act, I would think the ban wouldāve likely been temporary. If it were some minor transgression, I would think the ban wouldāve been temporary. Chances are good that your friend knew full well that they shouldnāt do what they did and what they did was clearly far out-of-bounds.
Itās not in Amazonās best interest to just ban players for no good reason at all. If that were happening widely, it would become a āviralā issue. Word would get around and it would have an negative economic impact on the future of the game, which probably hasnāt even hit the break-even point yet.
I donāt know what happened in their case and neither does anybody else here. However, I think that the odds are excellent that your friend knows exactly why they were banned.

Well you guys saying iām glad he got banned have some self issues to be honest, i did also got banned acused of using bots because i played the game for 12 hours a day for 2 weeks, i got to 60 4 days ago and i donāt habe any tropies or good gear or toons of mats, my estermarks are at 520 and got 10k, my highest profesion is at 125 and others around 90 so explain me how the fuck was i using bots? I didnt even use the freaking overwolf Minimap in case was banneable even when people said was not, i appealed in 3ādifferent languages and the told Me to go cuck myself in a very polite wsy in 3 diferent languanges so what is the point on ban appeals? Itās like getting a fine for soeeding without a picture, thats ilegal in my country at least, i do believe i got the ban for the only reason of having many hours played 
that said i do no care anymore About the game but for sure i wonāt be playing any other ags games after this disgusting experience, funny thing is that probably many people who did exploited to dupe trophys got away with it, iām sure

i would prolly submit a ticket and then let it sail. tho i would only submit the ticket if i know that i havent been doing shady shit in the background, and the fact he says his other friend also got banned, sorry this might not be the docks, but i smell fish.

i dont know if they cheated or not. but how the hell can u know the reason of your ban if they dont even show anything . if the whole system is corupt and filled with people that dont like the job that they do and just press randomly some buttons to ban people.we seen it happenā¦ i know people that also got baned randomlyā¦ i got baned twice on spam report from the same peopleā¦

if you get baned 2 times or get warnings whateverā¦ and you have 2 appeals THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER CHECKING THEM. there are 2 diferent appeals. they check and read the first one and give me this message ā¦ so the warning that i got was not checked outā¦and never will be
oh to appeal a 24 ban you have to mail them and you get a response after 48 hoursā¦ the logic in that bad.
all im saying is that dont jump to support amazon when the system is this bad.

mb if you were saving videos of your playtime, it can be used to prove youāre not cheating
That eats a ton of drive space. They donāt tell anything what you did and so you have no idea which video to provide anyway.
Even if you kept hundreds of hours of gameplay I donāt think AGS would watch part of it, much less all of it.
Iāve seen people saying they were banned for mass reporting, with screenshots of people talking about mass reporting them, and they still remained banned. I think the system is automated and itās busted an unfair.
Sadly all you can do at this point is leave a negative review and stop supporting AGS. Iāve honestly thought about cancelling my prime subscription and just blacklisting Amazon as a whole.

You can know if it was something that is fishy or unacceptable or could be counted as an exploit. There are vods that can be saved in twitch too.
Obviously if you were cheating you would know what the fishy parts were, but that would only prove you were cheating.
The question was if you were banned how do you prove your innocence? I have a feeling if you were banned linking then your twitch vod and saying figure it out wouldnāt really help lol.
i just recently got unbanned, send them your logs and send multiple appeals, go to live chat and make sure to tell them that youāre just going around in circles and have them create you a case id

Literally not how it works in any game or even in real life. You donāt have to prove innocence, itās on accusing party to provide evidence of wrongdoing.
Also please give me an example of how one even CAN prove innocence? Post the 400 hours of gameplay?
