I would just like to add my 2 cents here about family sharing.
Yes, it is useful, but people have to realize that it’s an MMO, and no other MMO allow family sharing or account sharing. Why? Because it opens up a huge grey area for hackers and exploiters to jump in, abuse, cheat in all the way they can, justifying it as “account sharing”.
Just take a look at the EULA for every major MMO out there. Account sharing is strictly forbidden.
You have to understand that New World is not a singleplayer game where you can simply borrow it to your friend for them to play the game. It’s an MMO with grinding involved, and allowing family sharing will just damage the game. A lot of people are using it to avoid being banned on their main accounts while they look for exploits or cheats to ruin the game for other players.
By the way, even in AGS Terms of Service, it is not allowed to share your account (and Family Sharing falls under this category):
1. YOUR ACCOUNT
We may require you to create and authenticate an account for the Games using your Amazon, Twitch or other log-in credentials. The profile information connected to those credentials, including your username and avatar, may be displayed to other players and used by us to support your account. Any information you provide must be complete, accurate, and up-to-date. If you are under the age of legal majority (18 years of age in most jurisdictions), you may only use the Game Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and you must have your parent or legal guardian agree to this Agreement on your behalf. You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account. You are responsible for (i) maintaining the confidentiality of your account log-in credentials and for restricting access to your account, and (ii) all actions that occur under your account, including purchases. Certain Games may be distributed through stores or distribution services offered by our affiliates or third parties, and you may be required to create an account with those parties; your relationship with those parties is governed by their terms. To the extent there is a conflict between their terms and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will control with respect to the Games.

It is also included in the Code of Conduct for AGS:
5. Safeguard accounts and protect personal information
Do: protect your and others’ private personal information.
Do not: share passwords in forums or elsewhere. Amazon employees will never ask you for your password. If anyone asks you for your password, DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM. Never post or share content that may reveal private personal information about others.
Do not sell, trade, or share accounts.

Say what you want to say, but Family Sharing should never be allowed in MMOs.
EDIT: I forgot a very important part about Family Sharing that if you manage to share the game with other people and you all play together at the same time, you are abusing a bug from Steam which can get you banned for violating the Steam Subscriber Agreement which you agreed to upon creating your Steam account. In theory, Family Sharing should just allow one player to play the game at a time, i.e., if I borrow it to you, you can only play it when I’m not playing, but there are some special occasions where it’s possible to bypass this verification and have both me and you play the game. This is not allowed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
