Don’t worry, all of this is being saved and will be sent to Amazon customer support and the EU consumer protection office. The more they act like this the worse the outcome will be for them.
It’s also very clear to me that there is a possibility that you might’ve been less than friendly in your discussions with support.
Maybe instead of a “i dont know why i was banned” ticket. You look at applications you have hosted on your computer, list them according to possible EAC flags and ask support.
Take a logical step process in determining your ban reason instead of an empty slate, as most game developer policies do not allow support to give a ban reason specifically.

(This is the same account that was used to administer/moderate Rustafied’s Official RUST Servers. Even had interactions with Facepunch and EAC devs with this account. This is also a Steamworks Authorized Account. There is absolutely zero reason for me to be cheating on this Steam account and I don’t have any plans to start cheating on this account, especially with a game like New World.)

I don’t know how long you’ve been playing games. MMO’s in particular. But almost every single MMO I’ve played, if not all that exist, have dedicated front/backend systems for the players. Even the scummiest downright 100% scam MMO’s have some kind of systems in place for the players. Amazon doesn’t have that. The same support you get is the same support that handles your issues ordering your next anime pillow with 1 day prime shipping. That’s why I’m trying to reach out to the @Developer 's on the forums. I can’t even see if my ticket still exists, still opened, closed, answered, etc. This is very archaic in 2021 for gaming.
I even talked to someone on the phone today from Amazon. Same thing where they had no idea what New World was. They asked for an order id for my order and I said I bought the game through Steam. Still was asked for an order id. I wish I could make that up but I’m not. The support that you get connected through for New World connects you literally to Amazon.com support.
If it was an EAC ban, which it isn’t, I would also have a big fat red, very public, flag on my Steam account saying that I have a game ban.

If it’s legit- appeal once, wait. PATIENTLY… may take a day… 2… even 3 days or more- let it ride in queue for your ticket. I’m sure you have better things to do productively around the property no? stretch your legs, be an adult and let it take it’s course.
You have to acknowledge that AGS has a LOT on their plate- be patient. (if it’s legit and you’re not blowing smoke)

Being perma banned for cheating when I wasn’t cheating in the first place, is too long in the first place. Day 2 is way too long. We’re on Day 5 now.

If there is a queue- that’s probably why it’s taking 5 days… he posted a ticket- reposted it again and reset the queue for ANY answers.
If he’s telling the truth then just be patient, you’re the good guy. they’ll figure it out. if not then… there goes all credibility instantly.
Acknowledge it may take long due to the mass amount of general things on their plate- including cases like yours.
How is that even arguing lol you want me to just not respond with the realest thing anyone can even say? none of us are devs or have the answer-yet bash AGS for being poor quality services or claim statements as if someone needs to be blamed or it’s not justified XD wut…
Look, I don’t know who would even waste their time to try to get an account unbanned. Maybe they want to keep their cheated items or achievements, who knows. The devs or whoever can look through everything I’ve done, have, gotten, gave away, etc. in this game. It was all legit, done by hand. If I was cheating and I got banned, I’d leave it at that. I wouldn’t even appeal it. I would just get another account and cheat on that. I wouldn’t spend this much time trying to get an account unbanned if it got banned for actually cheating.
