So they are prewritten scripted responses… they would ALL say “Go away” and this is the first person stating it was said this way by “quoting” it lolol common sense.
If it’s legit- appeal once, wait. PATIENTLY… may take a day… 2… even 3 days or more- let it ride in queue for your ticket. I’m sure you have better things to do productively around the property no? stretch your legs, be an adult and let it take it’s course.
You have to acknowledge that AGS has a LOT on their plate- be patient. (if it’s legit and you’re not blowing smoke)
You can leave it at that- you don’t even have to reply anymore…
Being perma banned for cheating when I wasn’t cheating in the first place, is too long in the first place. Day 2 is way too long. We’re on Day 5 now.

If there is a queue- that’s probably why it’s taking 5 days… he posted a ticket- reposted it again and reset the queue for ANY answers.
If he’s telling the truth then just be patient, you’re the good guy. they’ll figure it out. if not then… there goes all credibility instantly.
Acknowledge it may take long due to the mass amount of general things on their plate- including cases like yours.
How is that even arguing lol you want me to just not respond with the realest thing anyone can even say? none of us are devs or have the answer-yet bash AGS for being poor quality services or claim statements as if someone needs to be blamed or it’s not justified XD wut…
Look, I don’t know who would even waste their time to try to get an account unbanned. Maybe they want to keep their cheated items or achievements, who knows. The devs or whoever can look through everything I’ve done, have, gotten, gave away, etc. in this game. It was all legit, done by hand. If I was cheating and I got banned, I’d leave it at that. I wouldn’t even appeal it. I would just get another account and cheat on that. I wouldn’t spend this much time trying to get an account unbanned if it got banned for actually cheating.

You also have to acknowledge exactly just that- You know how often liars are appealing their cases? like I said AGS has a LOT on their plate. it is what it is.
There is nothing I can do for you other than give my feedback… I can’t overrule anything so… it’s w/e but I can say “MAYBE” the reasons it’s taking so long. so many variables to sort through just to help 1 person, when they have hundreds if not thousands of cases to go through- and if there is a queue on tickets-like most games, then yeah you shot yourself in the foot by doing it multiple times. 
That’s only the support section too- they still have a lot on their plate regarding the actual game’s problems XD

What if you reset your own queue? would you still be as upset?
Just so you know- I posted a ticket because I was locked out of the forums and it was asking me to create an account instead of sign in. simple enough right? it took 2, 1/2 days, but I only put 1 ticket in and just waited.
I’ve gotten a bunch of responses. Everything from random broken gibberish to things like, “It’s merited. Justified. Don’t appeal again. Don’t talk to us.” Paraphrased ofc. But I have to continuously make a new appeal because I know for a fact I wasn’t cheating.

I wont ask what all you were doing to be considered cheating (Could have been exploiting too) or hording trophies that were duped or things of that type of junk but yeah… Sorry to hear. keep your chin up.
You can read the big post I posted linked above, that’s about what I was doing in-game. I have a very sad account with a max GS of 542. Only things I have at 200 are Mining and Skinning. Not a Governor of a Company and 100% didn’t mess with any of that dupe stuff. The one with the Voidbent and I guess the one with the trophies or w/e.
Day 6, here’s the latest response I got for an appeal that I submitted about a permanent ban for cheating when I didn’t cheat.
Day 9, still perma banned for cheating when I didn’t cheat. AGS silent.
Contact an attorney if you really didn’t cheat. Seriously may sound weird to the attorney but they have heard weirder. Ask them to write. Letter demanding the proof or face civil lawsuit for discrimination or something (attorney can read TOS and find the violation.) they can’t ban you if you didn’t do anything wrong that would be stealing your money… ask the CSR contact information for the attorney to send letter… may get you somewhere
If its day 9 it was deserved. Stop crying like a 5 year old and go play something else. Your candor and attitude have put you in the position you are in. I wouldnt help a snot faced brat like you either, especially since you actually cheated or exploited a bug to gain an advantage.

Dawg if you can prove it, please, tell me how I cheated because I honestly have no idea.
I mean, I paid money for a game that I liked and that I liked playing, even spending what limited time my brother has to play games to play this game with him. Sorry I’m acting like a “snot faced brat” and “crying like a 5 year old” because I got perma banned for cheating when I wasn’t cheating.
Guess I should just bend over and accept it right?
