Update: I was banned again on 8/3 @Solaire I appealed the banned on 8/4 and I included my entire time stamped gameplay since my last banned, but it looks like they didn’t click on any of it. Not a single video was viewed. Additionally, I asked them to “please tell me what I did wrong” and they did not tell me. I’ve asked this question at least 4 times in 4 different appeals between July 5th and August 4th. All I received was an automated reply to this question. I need to know the answer to this question, so I can prevent getting banned again in the future. I need some help. I know this isn’t your department, but I cannot get any response from the moderation team, so I don’t where else to turn. What’s going on?
I realize I look like a crazy person, hah. I do have a lot of free time, obviously, and I’ve documented everything I could possibly think of to prevent getting banned again, and I’ve failed. I’m kind of at a lost at this point. Please help.
In case I get banned again in the future:
I use the musket. I have above average aim (99th percentile Clip from Kovaak’s)( Another Clip from Kovaak’s) ( Yet Another Kovaak’s Clip). People frequently accuse me of aim botting. I am aware of this because they either directly message me in game or they discuss it in global chat. Additionally, this Reddit forum has numerous people accusing me of cheating. At any rate, on July 5th I was banned for “cheating” for the first time. I have never cheated or exploited to the best of my knowledge. I appealed the ban, but I was denied and a few days later my suspension was over.
After that event, I decided to stream and record almost all of my PvP gameplay footage. On Friday, July 22nd, my server was merged with Valhalla, and I guess over the next few days a lot of new people reported me for cheating and on July 24th I got banned again. However, this time, I had almost all of my pvp gameplay footage recorded. For instance, (12) 43 kill musket gameplay on Valhalla - Twitch is my highest kill OPR game (43 kills) on my new server. UPDATE: 54 kill match is my highest kill match ever on any server.
My ban issued on July 24 was set to expire on July 31, but on July 27 AGS lifted the ban, and on July 29th I received the following email from AGS:
Based on that email, I assumed everything was okay and I was good to play new world like normal. However, on august 3rd I was banned again.
I know I have never used a third party program (aim boting or wallhacking) and to the best of my knowledge I have never exploited. I’m fairly polite to people, I do not use excessive vulgar language, and I have never bought gold. Therefore, I am fairly confident that I was banned erroneously.
Please help me, AGS Moderation Team. I need your help to resolve this issue.

Hello,
I was banned on July 5th and July 24th for “cheating.” However, I’ve never cheated or exploited. I expressed these concerns in my appeal process for both bans. My latest ban, which was originally set to expire on July 31, was truncated and expired on July 27th. However, I still do not know what I did. I need to know what I did, so I can avoid being banned in the future. I do have a support ticket ID if that is helpful.
I have a strong suspicion that I, in fact, did nothing wrong or in violation of the terms of service/code of conduct. I do have concerns that I was reported by a large number of people for cheating, which resulted in me erroneously being banned. If that’s the case, I need additional help, so I can continue to play New World in peace and not be targeted/harassed/bullied by certain individuals.
Please help. I would like to avoid being banned again for something I’ve never done. I am not trying to be difficult, and I understand you are likely understaffed/over worked. I have patience and I can wait for a resolution. New World is one of my favorite games of all time, and I would like to continue to play for years to come. Additionally, I’m super excited to try out PvP in the new patch once this issue gets resolved
