This is the 2nd time today the game server when dead. Is there anyone monitoring this and recovering the server?

Yea, it is a real pain. The most painful thing is the communication from support team. There is not a single communication / notification from support team. Not before the down time, not after the down time. No estimation of the down time. No reason for the down time. Basically NOTHING!
Seriously, what is going on with this support team?
at least you guys can play the game ): I haven’t been able to play for 12 days my account got stacked with the notifications from achievements and stuff and got bugged. but I agree the support communication is a huge headache… hopefully they restart the server causing this game less heartbreak because people wont stick around for long on a game with this many issues
