Any compensation for unexpected server crashes? Several M10 runs were ongoing and all of the sudden we’re all gone.

im on Barri and didnt have a DC or anything like that mate
I’m on Barri and confirm this happened. Lag detected and kicked my group out to main menu. When I loaded back in, there was a bunch of people outside the genesis door saying the same thing.

I’m sorry that you got disconnected at Barri, if the disconnection happened due to a server verified error your entry should be handed back in no more than 48 hours, in case that the disconnection happened due to a ISP outage, a hardware or anything non server related then sadly we won’t have the possibility to provide you the entry back.
We haven’t got any information related a server error at Barri so I cannot provide you any details related to a compensation.

Server just crashed again. Multiple witness accounts that this is a server issue, not a local hardware issue.

Happened to me too. Right at the end of an OPR and I got kicked
I don’t understand how you can’t see if was a full server crash. It’s happened twice that I know of in the last few days.
