Battle Embrace Breastplate armor will not upgrade

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Pluto

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Battle Embrace Breastplate will not upgrade. Helm, pants, gloves, boots embrace set were successful upgrade to Strengthened Battle Embrace.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:

1. Finish quests for the set of Battle Embrace armor . Receive upgrade parts for all battle embrace armor
2. Go to Forge and craft all pieces with each part given. Battle Embrace armor pieces will become Strengthened Battle Embrace.
3. Battle Embrace Breastplate will not craft.

I have this same issue. Even contacted their official support about it and got in contact with a guy from support with no clue about anything who just closed the ticket without solving anything.

This game doesn’t have GM’s? This issue should be solvable manually by a GM in literally seconds. That, AND the fact that a bunch of people ended up salvaging some of the upgradeable items (myself included) which means that we now have “locked” upgrade items in our inventory that we cant get rid off and “locked” recipes which we cannot get rid of either.

I mean seriously - just reimburse the items and let us upgrade and salvage them so we can get rid of this useless stuff! Lord knows every inch of space is needed in those warehouses…
