Like tittle says in ptr everything get nerfed, but not bb and fs, fs now bis aoe brainless wepon, you need hit only ground to get full dmg ? Why?

It’s called a forced shift in META. For good reasons too.
Pof needs ele aversion and ruby gems. Then talk about balancing.
