- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
- Cast beacon and note the amount healed. (439 in my case)
- Dodge to activate Bend Light and note the amount healed. (again, 439)
- Heavy Attack an enemy to activate Intensify and note the amount healed. (again, 439)
- Do the same for other sources of Outgoing Healing and abilities to confirm that they are working. (they are, though Orb of Protection may be broken in the same way).
