Bear Spawn rates fixed but now hurting legitimate questers

Four players at the spawn point cave waiting around for a looong time. Need to get BOTH kill credit and skinning drop, so that means waiting on 4 bears.
Who knows how many just gave up – like I eventually did.

Thanks for closing the exploit, but now it’s hurting legitimate players.

Exploitation ruins everything for everyone.

Can we get these quests solo instanced please? Bless Unleashed does it. MIR4 does it. Both smoothly with no load screen and no interruption to your moving around the open world.
Please learn from what others have been doing for TWENTY YEARS to solve these issues.

THough I’m really glad they fixed it.

I suggest they could just prevent players from getting experience from the (quest)monster if they killed him once for some time. That should stop them from exploiting.

Just because there are a lot of garbage mechanics there doesn’t mean everything is garbage. They actually do a lot of things very well and their world events are helluva lot more attended than Corruption portals in NW.

As for the exploit – One creature should not give out more net XP and loot just because more players attacked it. That makes no sense at all and it also goes against the more-difficulty-more-reward paradigm.

If 10 hunters help to take down an elephant, there will still only be two elephant tusks to go around. It doesn’t magically multiply into 2 tusks x 10 hunters.

Maybe you’re right. I just couldn’t continue to play this game after 15 mins of pain . It looked like it was made for smartphones and ported to PC.

I agree. After trying to be the 1st to skin for around half an hour, I gave up. I tried again the next day I played, and it took almost the same time to be able to be the 1st person to skin the bear and get its claws.
A bag should drop that only you the one that had the kill can see, and collect.

Thats not what makes bless unleashed a pile of flaming shite though…monetization and weird pvp design decisions is…
