The great migration is soon upon us, but before you adventure forth into yet another new New World, I’d like to share some screenshots for a more informed transfer. This will be a mini-series of posts cover some (certainly not all) Worlds that I was researching for my circle. I will be taking screenshots of the Map, Company Claims, & NewWorldStatus page for the next few days (as long as motivation & attention lasts). Hopefully it can help y’all too!

My plan is to highlight the individual world per thread. This way folx can see changes in the individual world throughout the days I’m posting. I debated doing a master post with the collection of worlds I’m researching, but that would be far too cluttered to research one world effectively.
if anyone wants to know about Frislandia. For the first week the population was 75% purple, 15% green and 10% yellow. More recently it seems that the number of Greens has grown a bit with Yellows having slightly less growth. Wars are typically competitive and each faction has some good players. This is also the rare server where we have 2 guilds with <25 people currently holding territory.
We have been pretty tame as far as drama goes on the Green side. No idea about yellow but apparently the GM of the Syndicate company that holds Everfall just left with all of their gold so they are probably a mess.
Overall were a pretty healthy server, all things considered. Ideally we just need a couple more yellow folks to balance out the population imbalance.
10/21/21 update: World Xfers temporarily disabled ([Notice] Character Persistence Issue after Server Transfer Update). We will see if/how the initial migrations make world impacts soon. But for now, may the realms I research help those interested in world xfers in the near future!
Pure speculation as I don’t have a permanent toon on this World, but from the series of photos I’ve taken over the past few days that Green & Purple are the main force here, relatively tied in territory. I have a much older screenshot from original launch week showing one of the green companies Heathen Lords has been around at least since then under same management. Green and Purple have been the only territory exchanges since I’ve started this project. I’m glad that Yellow is hanging on to two territories, but it’s the same company owning both. So maybe a G40/P40/Y20 split?
The world has been consistently medium population without queues which will make it desirable for folx wanting to leave high pop queue world as well as folx looking to leave low pop worlds for slightly more stable areas.
For Lore/Mythos, it’s nice that the name refers to a ghost island / cartographical error instead of actual mythology. It’s nice to have those easter eggs to the age of exploration, too.
Currently Purple probably still has a population advantage but there have been a lot of transfers to green over the past few days. Yellow could definitely use more folks but each side has some quality pvpers
I will be semi-retiring my Worlds Scouting project. When World Transfers are announced to resume, I will pick this journalism project back up. It’s been fascinating getting to interact with varied worlds, get snippets of the Worlds’ communities, but it is a time consuming project.
