Group Faction Mission: Challengers
Faction missions that can only be taken when in a 5 man group. Have a localized zone decently close to town with two flags. Each group of 5 touches flag and countdown ensues like when you request a duel. Each player is worth 1% influence and winning the 5v5 duel is worth 5%. Winning the duel as defender is 5% taken off opposing influences.

Both teams are immune to damage from eachother in a localized area until flag is interacted with to start a countdown to avoid cheeses.
If there are multiple 5 man groups you can have it be additive. Each 5 man group that has the mission has 30 seconds before they are eliminated from joining from the first Challenger. Once another group add on is in, there is 3 minutes before every 5 man group must interact with flag to, “add,” groups to the challenge.
Chronologically or RNG will automatically remove groups to make numbers even when the 3 minutes is up. Two flags, one for each faction, maybe even add a third for 3 way challenges if that suits the fancy.
Have a cap of 50vs50 or 100vs100 with the minimum being 5v5. If you want, add a 3 man faction mission that can only be solo.
The flag area should be decently close to town so that you can get to the area WITHOUT running into a zerg stopping you from entering the zone.
If enemy faction is not participating and the first challenge is not matched within 10 minutes, you gain 2% faction influence total for the whole group.
I would do this for every territory push. NGL.
10 5 man groups each is 50vs50 and if you win that’s 50%.
It would be like an OWPVP war that has BIG chunks and waves.
This honestly sounds amazing and easy to implement.
Have faction mission rewards scale to size of challenge.

“Yo dude, we aged war on windsward, did you hear what happened? The 50 vs 50 turned into a 3v5 at the end and our governor was one of them. They won the 3v5 and got the 50% influence to get the declaration. They were back and forth win for win for 3 50vs50’s in a row, then we won 2 in a row and got it, shit was crazy.”
