Berkemedes Puppy disappeared

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I attempted to place all of my furniture items into my Storage Shed at Everfall. However on doing so, my Barkemedes Puppy was the only furniture item that the game allowed me to transfer, then it disappeared from both my inventory and my storage shed. It was not placed on a bag on the ground, and relogging did nothing.

This happened to me as well, at least very similar.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
  I removed furnishings from my storage in Brightwood, which included my Barkemedes Puppy, to transfer to my storage in Windsward (where I was working on leveling territory standing to buy a T4 house). All of the items transferred to my character’s inventory just fine, but then I couldn’t transfer them off my toon. Kept getting an error (I believe invalid transaction or something like that).

I finally got my house in Windsward the other day and placed all my furnishings, but that’s when I noticed my puppy item was missing. I went through all my storages again to double check and also tried relogging. There was no bag drop when I originally removed my furnishings from storage either. The furnishing item seems to be completely gone.

Exact same thing happened to me and I contact amazon support for help and get told that I salvaged an item that is impossible to salvage cause they dont give you an option to salvage furniture.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I attempted to my furniture items into my Storage Shed at Windward. Upon dragging the barkimedes puppy over to the storage and dropping it in it disappeared from my inventory and never appeared in storage. Checked on the ground and wasn’t there. Relogged and still wasn’t in inventory or storage.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I was attempting to drag furniture items from my inventory to storage at Restless Shores with a mouse and received an invalid transaction error, followed by a warning that dropped items would be deleted. I was not trying to drop any items, and as far as I know, it’s not possible to drop items while looking in storage. The transfer failed, and my Barkemedes pup was removed from both storage and inventory.

I wish you all the best of luck my celestial hare disappeared off my front porch with patch 1.1 and even after reporting it with screenshots never got it back.
