Guys , I was a day one player but quit the game 9 months ago and thinking of returning with new fresh servers … I was IG/FS/VG so I think I might try something mele this time … what is the current pvp meta? Is the new GS BB any good? Never tried both

theres a lot of info you gotta just youtube it too much to write get in the ptr and test some things out for yourself see if you like it
games not dead the population tripled after brim update

You can literally play whatever in pvp. It’s all pretty good
Light armor is meta, but I wouldn’t say med or heavy are as bad as people make it out to be
Hatchet will always be in due to undying. But every combo you’d like to play, they all work decently

From what I read in the last patch notes they buffed heavy and nerfed light and medium…so light still meta ?
For skilled players
If you thinks theres a meta, then people will counter you and you will get frustrated, experiment and find your own liking as to what works for your playstyle!

great sword is pretty damn good
Medium is quickly becoming the meta for melee again.
Bb is good. Gs is good.
