Better explaination of what this infographic means please?

Can someone give me a better explaination of what this is all supposed to mean?

For example earlier I looked at Quanlu through the real time server status population and it had 460 players online, while El Dorado had 1200 - both were listed as Medium on this infographic.

So I guess what I’m asking is what does “Server queue size” actually mean.

How are High, Medium, Low determined.

How often is this information updated, which site is more accurate?

It’s definitely not accurate, they have Valhalla in medium. It’s probably the most populated server.
