one system, I feel NW would greatly benefit from, it will give incentives for questing and progression for all level 60 players and also would open a lot of possibilities to use armor and weapons that might have the wrong attributes but bis.
it’s what Archeage has, where after u hit the level cap, u start gaining a new level [if I recall right it’s called Ancestral ] and it’s so slow and so long to max out, like 5 years to max if not even more.
In our case, each time u get a level, it should get us 1 attribute point, this way, a lot of the quest and the XP gained is not going into vain, but actually passively gained and making our character better with time, and old players, will also have the possibility to have a good item with the wrong attribute.
