The basis of my complaint here is that there are legendary items available to craft when you have the required item in your inventory and your profession is at 200. I have a small group of friends who play and we unfortunately can’t all put in the 5000 hours needed to max all professions, just one is hard enough.
So we split them up and every time I get some voidbent ingots I make my friends some Voidbent armour etc. because I am the armourer in the group. So imagine my surprise when I get the materials needed for a Crystaline Curse Ice Gauntlet, give the materials to my friend who got his Arcana to 200 in the group to craft my weapon… only to find that it is Bind on Pickup!
Now I realised this after I moused over the item, although it DOES NOT DISPLAY this handy little piece of very important information on the crafting screen at all!
So, why are you forcing us to max every profession to make these items? That is way too much work and unrealistic. It took me a bit of work to get the materials and now I have to get them all again, and level my arcana up to 200? Why AGS?
If I can craft Voidbent armour for my friends they should be able to craft me a weapon. The weapons are not even BIS so I don’t see why they’re gated by both finding the rare materials and level 200.
Please if you think this is wrong, voice your opinion and hopefully AGS will change it and my friend can give me my damn Ice Gauntlet
