Black Screen but i can still hear sounds

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: after i press continue it got black screen and lost signal but i can still hear the sounds or the music the only way to go get my screen back i need to press restart forcefully and i already try it 5x and i already verify the files at steam still black screen but its keeps happening.
