Speaking as a healer I think Plagued Crits would be reasonable but Plagued Strike would be utterly oppressive. I can see why they changed it but I understand Refreshing Evasion isn’t much to write home about.

I would also like the absolute terror rethought too, just placing refreshing on a bis felt awful. Enchanted would of keep it in my bis equipment ticked off but I’m back to hunting still…

Was a short reaction… even tho plague strikes arent even as powerful on a fs… since u cant hit multiple targets…
But ye just changed into garbage, after seeing tons of complainings
not only that they nerfed those but left an ice gauntlet with it for weeks then nerfed it too
