Describe the issue you are experiencing: I got an item that was over 600 GS. I’m aware that it has been stated that the cap is 600 GS and times in the past when >600 items were dropping were fixed. it’s happening now.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Kill the blighted greenskeeper. I was told by someone else in the group before this one that they got one and they linked it. This one in the screenshot dropped for me so it is confirmed. This happened in an M10 Dynasty.
