Blocked Name “This name cannot be used.”... it's my name

I get this message whenever I try to put my name as the character’s name, it’s not the message saying the name is in use but a message saying my name has been Blocked.
I played in the beta with that name, I didn’t have this problem

the name is the same name I’m using on the forum
