Hello. I had such a mistake, I’m new to New World. I created characters in order to see the balance of forces of different factions, but since you can only create two characters, I deleted them and created new ones. As a result, when I decided on the server and wanted to create a character there, having previously deleted all the old ones. I got a message that I can’t create anyone for 24 hours. After reading the forums, I understood why this was done (selling game gold and something similar), but unfortunately I got into such a situation. Please, you can somehow remove the restriction, if you need to make sure that I did not do anything bad, I am ready to provide all the information possible.

I understand you’re having a situation with character creation restrictions.
Since many characters were created and deleted in a short period of time the system blocks the character creation as a security measure.
Regardless the reason the characters were created and/or deleted, we cannot bypass the timer, so you will need to wait until the 24 hours cooldown is over. My apologies for that.

Well, there’s a possibility, but I can’t guarantee that one of those deleted characters can be restored since they were pretty much created and deleted right after, and I can’t promise you’ll get a response before that timer is over either. Just be mindful of that.
