I understand that this change that disables chat until a player has played 2 hours and owned the game for 72 hours will make it harder for gold sellers to operate, but this seems extremely heavy handed. I mean, new players tend to have questions and whatnot, but now they have to wait a couple days before asking these questions in game? I’d find that frustrating if I were just starting.
Is it only blocked from global chat? or can they still Whisper? I haven’t had the chance to check.
That sounds like something a gold seller would say .
