So noticed in the Mega bug thread post, the quest Bloodstained Note is not shown on the map. Does anyone know where to get this quest. I’ve completed the 2 in Everfall and the one after in Monarch’s Bluff but haven’t been able to see or find any additional Varangian quest.

You guys are not speaking of the lvl 60 quest, you guys are all referring to the level 20 quest, that’s not what OP is asking about.
I too would like to know where you start the level 60 quest.

haven’t been able to find thee NPC to start it anywhere. Anyone know ?
Found it, the note is in a tent in the new Varangian Camp added directly north of First light Settlement (~600 meters north of settlement, in the water). You can interact with the note to pick up the quest.
It’s not a lvl 60 quest just 20 ish like the other 2 in EF and MB. There does not seem to be a follow up so it’s really just an intro quest…
Can you post a screen? I don’t see any camp in First Light
Wait there are 2 quests in Everfall? I only got one that ended in Monarch’s Bluff’s bech… What si the second one?
