- What is your character name in New World: Gurphina
- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Maramma
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I selected the “fortifying aggression” passive skill and its not activating. It says gain fortify when getting a hit within 3m. The buff icon isnt appearing so im assuming its not working at all. Havent tested to see if its applying just not showing buff icon, however either way it needs to be looked into.

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: one of the better passive skills on blunderbuss isnt working, causing the weapon to be less effective then it could be
