Ok, I know that may be sound a normal thing but is not.
I have an old pc so to play recent games I lower the game resolution for better performance and in no game that I recently tried the text become blurry, only the “3D part of the game” .
So i want to ask if there is a solution or is a common bug.
Same issue here and i can’t find any fix for this…
I have no idea how it’s not blurry in other games when you’re not playing at native resolution. What is happening when you’re playing at a non-native resolution is that the picture is rendered in fewer pixels but then stretched out over the same screen area as your native resolution which is why it becomes blurry. That behavior is perfectly normal.
The only way to circumvent this is by playing in windowed mode so the game can scale down the window to fit the set resolution.
In theory yes, but look at this comparison between Monster Hunter Rise (demo) and New World:
MH Rise 1280x720
MH Rise 1920x1080
New World 1280x720
New World 1920x1080
As you can see the blurry text is only in New World.
I’m experiencing the same issue.
I thought I’d try bumping performance by lowering the resolution, because my old 1080 does not run this game at a stable 60FPS even on Low @ 1440p (btw, this game looks SOO ugly on Low settings).
I can enjoy the game at max settings at 30FPS, but I felt the combat timing is often a bit weird/unresponsive. So I thought I’d try 60FPS, to see if that feels different/better.
But not gonna play at 1080p with these blurry pixels…
