I was on the final boss of Dynasty on my character “Dusk Dancer” on the realm Orofena (US East). One of our party members left the expedition during our boss fight and when we wiped, the doors were closed and we were unable to continue the raid.
I had this same problem on Duguang we killed the boss twice but a party member died and respawned.

Had same. Also some spots in Reekwater are bugged, they are spawnning thousands of mobs at once endlessly. In the evening I will show you screens. Ppl can abuse that for weapons mastery.
