I’m meeting bots daily, I always report them ingame and create external ticket.
There is one guy, called Zhanrrr who is farming Windsward DAILY! I meet him literally every freaking day and report him over and over with 5 other friends, and still I meet him every next day!
What the f! Are you really that stupid that you cant look into your database, identify any player over lvl 20 without faction which will be for 99% bot, check logs and ban those? Are you really that stupid that your community have to tell you this?
I’m really mad over this … If you cant beat them, join them? Is it what you want from your community?
They make it pretty prevalent that they do not care about the bots in the game. If you’ve watched the dev update blog video back in December they talked about the bot issue. But they get hesitant to tighten the grip against bots because of the one wrongful suspension they put on a player who simply did like to run around and gather for hours on end.
They need to be Proactive and not reactive to the bot situation. They really need to just monitor the activities of these bots oh this person got in game reported 10 times. Lets investigate the matter watch the player for 10-15 minutes and then take action on the spot.
On our server the bot in the post linked below (and many others) was reported hundreds of times and it is still farming non-stop, level 60.
But instead of doing something about the bots all AGS incompetent staff does is post boilerplate copypasted replies and flag posts about bots so people can’t see them.
