Bot playing music in my house - I cant see his nickname so I cant report him

On Barri → Ebonscale one bot is playing music in my house for last 24-32h, his performance is always bad and he blocking playing music in almost whole city becouse he is above everyone.

I enter my house, I can see someone play here but he is inside someone else or his house so I cant see him and cant report him as a bot

How I supposed to report this player in-game when I dont know his nickname? He is playing in 1 of XXXX house and I cant get to all of themto find him who is he.

In this case since you can’t see the name of the player or bot, please I recommend you to contact our live support channel in order to create a ticket to investigate the situation with the Devs team.

Please make sure to have the DxDiag and Gamelogs ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
