This is feedback for AGS inability to control bot plague, not a report on any specific bots. In about every region, especially low-level ones, there’s 20+ bots in the area, gathering all manner or timed resources (ore, essences especially). They get reported frequently by numerous people, and it is beyond obvious, scripted bot behavior that goes along programmed patch, to empty and full nodes, attempting to gather even if it is locked. These bots run amok with impunity, and many get to level 60 and NOTHING IS DONE. Seriously, the enforcement efforts are very weak to non-existence, obviously not well funded or a priority.
Related, but different topic, gold spammers in global chat are more numerous, sometimes spamming as much as every 30 seconds. If we spent time reporting these, probably 50% of our time would be engrossed in reporting bots and spam. I am guessing the accounts used for automation is probably anywhere from 20%-25% of the population, which is beyond sad. If you want to increase that number, and decrease active players, thus losing potential revenue, then continue to let them plague our servers with impunity. Geesh, do something about this that is effective, because current errforts are ineffective.
