Bow Design Pass (rework)

This is a complete design pass (rework) of the bow weapon.

General Changes

  • Arrow Speed increased by 40%
  • Arrows and bullets are no longer a consumable, instead act as a “shield” type weapon to modify range weapons in a similar way that shield acts only for sword.

Skirmisher

  • Evasive Tactics: +20% movement speed. [1]
  • Catch me if you can: If more then 3 enemies are with in 10 yards, gain 20% faster stamina regen [2]
  • Impale: hitting a foe with a heavy attack will now slow them by 30% for 5 seconds [3]
  • Closing in: Reduce bow abilities recharge rate by 10% [4]
  • Dodge and weave: gain 30% haste after a successful dodge [5]
  • Hunters insight: hitting a foe with a successful debuff will grant 10 stamina [6]
  • Archers speed; gain 30% haste when swapping to bow [7]
  • Mark: gain 20% more damage to a target with a debuff [8]
  • Battle Precision: Debuff and damage over time effects last 20% longer [9]
  • Evasive Knockback: Evade shot causes knock back of 5m [10]
  • Go the distance: Evade shot now moves you back 10 yards [11]
  • Barbed Arrows: No Change [12]
  • Hooked Arrows: Rain of arrows now slows by 30% for 5 seconds. [13]
  • Infected Arrow: now deals 24% weapon damage for 10 seconds [14]
  • Directed Shot: No change [15]
  • Ultimate: Knee shot replaced with fatal wound.
    • Fatal wound: Heavy attacks will now apply a bleed for 40% of weapon damage over 12 seconds. [ult]

Hunter

  • Long range: No change [1]
  • Aim true: Light and heavy attacks now travel 30% faster [2]
  • Finishing shot: if the target is below 30% health, lincreases the damage of light and heavy attacks by 20% [3]
  • Unbreakable focus: No change [4]
  • Opening Strike: No Change [5]
  • Suprise attack: Renamed Rapid Reload [6]
    • Rapid reload: Heavy attacks charge 30% faster
  • Arrow Range: No Change [7]
  • Hawkeye: Light and heavy critical strikes heal you for 10% Health [8]
  • Bullseye: increases critical strike by 15% [9]
  • Blood Soaked Arrow: No Change [10]
  • Deep Strike: Deals 20% More damage to enemies more then 10 yards away [11]
  • Splinter Shot Removed.
    • A new ability added called Marked Target: marks the target with a debuff, increasing damage made at the target for 8 seconds.
    • Increases duration to 15 seconds [12]
    • Calculated: reduces the cooldown of Marked Target by 10% [13]
  • Rapid Accuracy: No Change [14]
  • Final blow: No change [15]
  • Concussion: Heavy Attacks have 20% more critical strike damage.
