well yes, i agree with either removing it along with ranged weapons so i stop playing the game OR keep it in game so i keep playing the underpowered banana weapon on the current meta phys resistance + 200 con OR actually buff it, making it useful since its currently useless as you say.
hitting 900-1400 crits on people that hit me 2-4k isnt very fun i guess im a masochist because i love bows in games.

evasive shot doesn’t work with any kind of root or cc, when you use it with the gravity wheel it’s just an instant arrow shot that has no root or stun just less than 2 sec of disorientation. in conclusion in arc it does not have any functional cc because the 2 sec. convert them in 1 or 1.5 sec. 10% encouragement that’s a real joke

I’ve said that since day one, some of the bow talents are just underwhelming, and my game time got so much better using other weapons instead.
IG does more damage with less stats (light attack wise), has no arc and shoots in straight lines and the heavy is the size of a basketball. Heavies can root a target after a frame 1 aoe ability that has an instant hit timer and built in slow.
bow light shoots slower than caster slows and does less damage, arcs with fall off and is the size of a dart trying to hit a rolling target. Heavies can’t be used as follow up for anything and bow aoe is depressing as its like frame 19 to 22 depending how fast you are, with 1 hit marker and if they roll it, its GG…
I don’t know why bow even exists when ice gauntlet does everything better with slightly less range?
