This is the most vague patch note imaginable and no one has any idea what this applies to.
The two i can think of right off the bat are bow and GS which have perks corresponding to buffs/debuffs on you/the opponent, does that mean these weapons are garbol’d by this change?
this is probably like shield rush fortify triple applying and maybe even grav well triple proccing again.

Think so, i’ve had gravity well proc 4x off runeglass DoT on the target dummy. It’s kind of silly.
No more nerfs! For Horus sake stop crying for nerfs and ask for buffs / balance instead!
That is probably mainly aimed at the Gravity well triple procs interaction with runeglass dot and they’re making a full weapon sweep while at it to prevent other “surprises”. I don’t think the perks you’re thinking of are related to this change.
