Bows drop or skin?

I seen someone running around with a double headed bow. Is that a drop or a skin? can someone tell me?

Looked like a double headed dragon one

There is a red dragon one with two mirrored dragons from the skin shop and also one with two skulls from the shop. The dragon one came with the ebonscale update I believe.

FYI. The dragon bow will be available again in a bundle on black friday (today).
