Maybe if they had a separate tracker. It would be super spammed if they had CS rep posts on the Dev tracker because they are super repetitive.
Also from what I’ve observed the only information with any weight are from the Dev’s and Community Managers. I’ve seen plenty of CS reps say opposite things so I don’t really go by what they say.
