Brimstone in Heliopolis server lost invasion due to steam connectivity

• Describe the issue you are experiencing:
  My company just had an invasion in Brimstone Stands on Heliopolis and due to a Steam glitch about half of us were disconnected during the invasion in Wave 6 and as a result we lost it. Our kitchen and our forge were downgraded. Before being disconnected we were easily winning the invasion and would have surely beaten it.

• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay:
  We lost the invasion and our town was downgraded.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:
  While most people were able to reconnect to the game and got back into the invasion within a few minutes the mobs had already damaged the fort enough that we were unable to recover.

While the 2 station downgrades will only cost the company about $200 to redo, it will take us at least 48 hours to redo them because of the cooldowns on town upgrades.

Yeah I lost some things to due to the server down time. But how did you price it at 200$ are you going to have to pay real cash?

@Aenwyn is there anything we can do to help this company from having to spend even more money to control a territory?

Ohh I just meant 200g in-game. The two things downgraded were just the first tier of upgrades which cost 100g each.
