Missing side quest involving herdmaster and manticore open world bosses - Is this a bug? (If this is an exploit, please follow the steps here:
When logging off again after griefers were killing the bosses to fast for me to get credit, I logged back in this morning to have the 2 side quests vanished out of my quest logs and journal with no ability to re-obtain them. - (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay:

Not complete the quests, log off then log back on. - When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone)
Acceptance of the quests was around 9pm October 18th est, missing quests at 615am October 19th est.
We had to disable these quests temporarily. Hope to have them fixed and restored soon, but you will need to take them again.
