i work in an it company too and you cannot go to a customer and say “i don’t know what’s going on” they will eat you alive. it’s just my opinion but i think we must know at least an ETA in order to organize better our time. Do you need a day? ok, just say it np.
like this is not so respectful towards your customers. it is just my opinion…
they can say it and im glad they do.
i’d rather have the team communicate than pull a Valve® and talk as much as gordon freeman in all his games combined.
Admitting when you don’t know something and communicating that you will share any information that you do learn is the best thing to do. None of us know everything, nothing is ever perfect. Live and learn.
