Broken named Reflected Mayhem

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Barri
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Once dropping the named “Reflected Mayhem” it seems like it is always broken even if the durability is full. When it gets damaged instead it get instantly broken. It should still count as gearscore even with the stats and perks.
  Also a friend of mine dropped this and also him has the same issue.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: BUG
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I costantly need to repair the item
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No
