An ex guild of my brothers got salty at him and mass reported him he is now perma banned and the automatic ticket system just keeps shutting him out we would like some help

Sadly, the only way to get help is through the ticket system. I would recommend continuing to file tickets.
so far i know even if you get mass reported its always a 1 to 3 days ban not a perma ban.
That means he did cheat to get a perma ban.

You sure its perma? Couse there is ingame but since day1 where often it does tell you in game its perma, but in fact its not.
this. I think there is more to the story then some players got salty and mass reported him.

yea they learnd there lesson and now only ban for a couple of days when mass reported not like in the beginning xD
