Buff on screen for Efficient Burnout passive/stat displayed incorrectly

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Buff provided by Efficient Burnout (Fire staff Burn Out ability effect) stat on gear incorrectly displaying buff name on screen (using a placeholder or something)

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Not very much, just the wrong buff name displayed on screen

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes, just displays the wrong name on screen when you obtain the buff

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Simply have a piece of equipment with the stat/passive and use burn out, occurs 100% of the time
