[Bug] Can't camp after leaving landmark in Weaver's Fen

Issue that occurred:
(Bug) Can’t place a camp after leaving far outside of a landmark. This prevents being able to set a valuable respawn point and crafting station.

Time and Date:
1:06 AM 11/3/2021 MST

World/Server:
US West, Linnunrata, Westernesse Zeta

Location where the issue occurred:
Weaver’s Fen - Fenton Hamlet, Broadpaw Den, Mallory’s Refuge, South Pestilence Shrine, Aria Village, etc…

Any steps that can be taken to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to a landmark in Weaver’s Fen

2. Leave the landmark area

3. Try placing a camp down

    Going to the main menu and back doesn't clear the issue.
    Restarting the games clears the issue.
    leaving the Weaver's Fen territory clears the issue.
