[BUG] Can't transfer servers after major server crashes (Stuck Sell Orders)

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: When I try to cancel a Sell Order on the Trading Post, I get the error message “Something went wrong. Please try again.”

  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It prevents me from transferring to another Server

  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, I still want to transfer.

  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Navigate to the Sell Order Tab on the Trading Post and try to cancel the entry (Still doesn’t work after Game restart) / The Offer also doesn’t seem to appear for friends to buy it. Our Server previously forwarded in time which is probably the reason that a lot of people from Annwyn (EU) have the same issue.

Update: Still not being able to cancel the Sell Order after a couple of hours, trying out trading posts in different settlements and relogging multiple times. Help?

Hi Bradley, i am from the same server Annwyn and got the same bug as yours. I posted today my report about it. Plz keep me inform if they repare that bug for you plz :slight_smile:

Update: The order just ran out and reset to 24h for some reason. So it won’t fix itself, can we please get a response?

Update: Still can not cancel my stuck sell order after today’s update. Whatever “fix” was applied, it didn’t work.

bonjour, j’ai le même problème, impossible d’annuler mes ordre de ventes, et par extension de changer de serveur pour rejoindre mes amis. j’ai recycler tout les item stocké dans la cachette d’une ville, mais ils restent affiché à l’HV.
