[BUG] Change of faction cooldown not credited

• What server/world did you experience your issue on:
  • Eden
• Describe the issue you are experiencing:
  • Per the latest update the cooldown for switching factions was reduced from 120 days to 60 days. When I checked my current cooldown it is still showing 108 days remaining (I switched factions 12 days ago).
• Is this a bug or an exploit:
  • Seems to be a bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay:
  • This is either a visual bug and not reporting the revised cooldown OR anyone who switched factions is still on the 120 day timer and was not credited the 60 days that were removed from the cooldown.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:
  • Not recoverable
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
  • Have already changed factions before the update. Go to Bio page and check your remaining cooldown.

Same issue here, i switched faction almost 1 month ago and i have to wait 80 days, even 60 days seems too long for me after waiting for 1 month.

World: Kor (EN/ES)
