[Bug] Drowning in Grass

• Describe the issue you are experiencing:
  When standing in various locations in the flowery forests of Northern Ebonscale, I found myself… drowning… I have provided video of an exemplary drown-on-dry-land location, but there were many more in this area.

• Is this a bug or an exploit:
  Bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay:
  I was trying to pick herbs and almost drowned.

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:
  Yeah, I noticed and stepped away, it’s not the end of the world but it’s very clearly a bug.

  Go to the location seen in the video and stand there.
