Describe the issue you are experiencing: The quest “Azure Tears” does not appear after completing all pre-reqs in Edengrove. This quest chain is required to get the Genesis tuning orbs. I believe this bug is occurring because I completed the questline from the same NPC for “Rook’s Defense” for the Shield Mastery. I have tried relogging and talking to the NPCs again.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
-Complete quest arc in Edengrove: Gates of Edengrove, Good For What Ails You, A Pox On Thee
-Complete secondary quest arc in Edengrove from Derick Wardell: Fading Lights
-Complete Shield Mastery questline in Edengrove from Derick Wardell: Rook’s Defense
-Can no longer see follow-up quest in Edengrove from Derick Wardell: Azure Tears as pre-req to continue questline for Strength of the Earth and onward.

After unlocking and accepting Rooks Defense questline can no longer continue the Genesis questline

I completed the quest "‘Azure Tears’’, but cant continue from there, the storyline seems bugged for me. If I look up the quest in the Achievements, then I also did 4/6.

Had this bug since like week 2 - support response was that it’s a known issue and they’re looking to fix it but haven’t seen any official response anywhere lol
Same as anything. While the “game breaking” and “more important” bugs always get higher priority… at this rate… these things will never be addressed
