- Describe the issue you are experiencing: all fast travel shrine and settlements are disable for me. I can’t use fast travel or recall to inn because i need to visit them again to use.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I log in yesterday, i farm in reekwater, i died, and game respawn me on first light, at first light watchtower. i walk to the near shrine and then i see i don’t have anymore activated any point to travel on the map.
