BUG - Fortified perk on amulet doesn't work

I figure it out when i bought my amulet with this perk, 1 week ago i think

afaik it doesn’t work on anything that comes from armor perks or fortify buffs you gain from other people, it only affects buffs you create from your skilltree

so it doesn’t work with fortifying sacred ground but works fine with orb of protection.

it doesn’t work with shirking fortification since it’s an armor perk, i guess that’s what you’d be looking for when you consider going for that perk.

it works for me, 20 sec without, 26 sec with

Doesn’t for me, 20 sec base, 20 sec with it… don’t know what is the problem
