Hello ,

IMOTHEP server company name BlackTown Freedom
pseudo player " Rk D. lys " i’m Governor

Would it be possible to have the LOGS of our company! Because last night we lost 300k PO and we don’t know how knowing that our consuls were all deco! and that our officers are stuck at 0.01 gold!

Before the merger it disgusts us a little we are still 90 active players and it has just broken our morale already that we are starting to get bored on the serv (empty)

So is it possible to have the LOGS to know where our money is going? Thanks !

As @JakeL has shared please reach out our live support channel in order to help you further with this problem.

Also when you contact please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
